With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have built my career from the ground up, beginning as a detailer at Reedman’s Auto Inc., once recognized as the largest auto dealership in the world. What started as a part-time summer job selling cars quickly developed into a lifelong passion and full-time profession after college.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles across nearly every area of automotive retail and finance. I advanced from sales consultant to team sales manager, mentor, and coach, helping develop high-performing sales
professionals and customer-focused teams. I later became a Finance and Insurance Manager, where I spent six years mastering automotive finance, compliance, and customer relationship management.
My experience also includes serving as a sales desk manager, used car manager, vehicle appraiser, and pre-owned reconditioning specialist. I have successfully managed retail used vehicle acquisition and purchasing operations, bringing strong market knowledge and inventory expertise to every dealership I’ve served. Eventually, I advanced into General Manager positions overseeing all operations for two separate pre-owned dealerships, leading teams, driving profitability, and improving operational performance.

discipline, professionalism, and negotiation skills I bring to my vehicle
purchasing negotiation service.
